• Customers will receive updates once sourcing is completed and shipping begins.

2. Shipping Duration

• Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location, shipping method, and logistics partner.
• Estimated delivery periods are provided at checkout or during order confirmation.
• Shipping durations are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by:
  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays

MobaeShopper will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

• A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

MobaeShopper is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Confirmation

• Proof of delivery provided by the logistics partner may be used to confirm successful delivery.
• Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
